“Bosco Chiropractic Clinic didn’t just treat my pain – they gave me my life back.”

“I cannot overstate what Dr. Bosco and the entire team at Bosco Chiropractic Clinic have done for me. Before walking through their doors, I was living in constant, excruciating pain – neck, shoulder, and back agony that had become so normal, I forgot what it meant to feel truly alive. I chalked it up to age, sports and collegiate athletics including football and powerlifting, stress, and a life of hard work. But what Dr. Bosco uncovered shocked me: multiple dislocations and severe misalignments that had been silently wrecking my body for nearly two decades.

Through Dr. Bosco’s extraordinary care, precision, and relentless dedication, these issues were not only identified- they were corrected. Not overnight, but through a process of strategic adjustment and consistent maintenance that completely changed the trajectory of my health. Today, my quality of life has skyrocketed, I have energy, mobility, and – most of all- relief I never thought possible. Dr. Bosco and his team established a new level of “normal” in my life that I didn’t even realize was missing.

I’ve referred every single person I care about to Dr. Bosco – my friends, employees, extended family, and most importantly, my incredible wife Tarah. And guess what? Every one of them has experienced the same life-changing results and compassionate that I have. It’s a ripple effect of wellness I feel proud to have sparked. Bosco Chiropractic Clinic didn’t just treat my pain – they gave me my life back.” – Jake M.

The Types of Stress

There are three primary types of stress:

Physical Stress
Many types of physical stress can wreak havoc on the body. This type of stress can come from auto or workplace accidents, sports-related injuries, lifting improperly, or slips and falls. Childbirth itself also can cause physical stress on a newborn. Let’s not also forget one of the biggest causes of stress: gravity!

Mental Stress
From financial challenges to work-related deadlines to caring for a parent who is seriously ill, mental stress comes in many forms.

Chemical Stress
Food additives, pesticides, pollution, personal hygiene products, medications. It seems as if we’re bombarded with a host of chemical stressors that can affect our nervous system and overall health.

Chiropractic & Other Natural Approaches

While it’s impossible to eliminate every type of stress, regular chiropractic care may help you better accommodate and adapt to it. Chiropractic is a safe, non-invasive therapy that brings back mobility and health to the spine, which may alleviate stress and help you relax more easily. Other ways to reduce stress include exercising, journaling, getting good sleep, meditating, and more.
